If you need assistance to pay for your hockey fees, you may qualify for a sportship. To apply, please download the Sportship Form and mail to KOHA Registrar, 3600 Vanrick Drive, Kalamazoo, MI 49001. Use 2009 financials on forms. Forms are due by August 31, 2010. If you have any questions on sportships please contact the registrar registrar@koha.com.
